Meet your Captain
Captain Jared McCulloch
I have had the great fortune of growing up fishing many parts of the Texas Coast. What drew me back to the Rockport area was the great fishing and great community here on the Texas Mid Coast. Every day on the water is a new experience, new customers, return customers; we get to take on the challenge of shifting feed patterns, shifting weather, and shifting pressure that makes every trip a challenge and different from the day before. Whether you are new or experienced to fishing or just want to learn new waters. Book a trip, hop on the boat, and let's make it a great time on the water!

Faqs
What do I need for wading trips?
Customers need to bring their own wading gear, fishing rod, wading boots, waders if water temps are low. I have spare nets and lure boxes as well as extra lure options but recommend what you are used to using.
Can I bring my own gear for a regular trip?
If you are more comfortable with your own fishing rods you are more than welcome to bring them. But it is not necessary, we keep all our gear ready for the next trip.
What licenses do I need?
Everyone 17 and older needs to have a Texas Parks and Wildlife Saltwater Fishing License. They have multiple options available from 3 day licenses to yearly or combination licenses.
What Trips are offered?
Inshore bay and flats fishing, with options for bait, lures, and wade fishing. Group sizes from 2 to 4 generally but we can always hire extra captains for larger groups
Where do we run trips?
Rockport and the surrounding bays (exact launch details are confirmed when you request a booking). Generally fishing Aransas bay, Carlos Bay, Mesquite Bay, Ayers Bay and San Antonio Bay
What is included with each trip?
All bay and flats trips in the boat come with all the bait necessary for the day. Fuel is included in the price as well as waters are onboard for everyone. Trips also come with fish cleaning when leaving out of Rockport. Port Aransas pickups will have to use the Fishermans Wharf fish cleaning.
